Our technician has been servicing our Xerox Machine Model 5775 for as long as I can remember. He has always done an excellent job servicing our machine. He is always on top of things by updating us on the status of our replacement parts or when he will be coming by to service our machine. Overall experience with our technician is excellent.
Our technician was terrific. She called me the very next day after I sent the first email describing the problem I was having. She then replied to all my emails in a professional and timely manner. She answered any questions I had regarding my issue and ultimately ended up solving the problem
Our technician responded to my call quickly and was able to service our copier the next morning. He was very helpful with everything and even cleared out some paper stuck in the machine we didn’t even know about. He provided polite and professional service the whole time. Overall, he was able to make the entire experience easy

I’ve been with MRC since 1995. Over the years the company I work for has gone through a lot of changes. MRC has been there for us. If we needed to grow they helped. If we needed to cut back they helped. Ever since I signed up with Print Care my IT problems have diminished significantly.
Our technician did an outstanding job for us. We have an MRC Xerox machine which needed a new hard-drive. He installed the hard-drive and we were still experiencing problems with the scanning feature. He took the time to upload all of our emails to the Xerox machine and worked with his internal IT technicians. He went above and beyond the extra mile. Each time he visits our office he is very personable, and gets the job done the FIRST time.
We use MRC as our copier service at our Livermore based construction company. Whenever we need ink we call up and the new cartridges arrive within two days. They have always been quick to get a service tech out and we get a call back right away with an estimated time.

Excellent customer service every time! We’ve been using them for all 3 of our buildings and the response time is always within a day. If parts need to be ordered, we’re notified immediately and given an accurate delivery date. Doesn’t get much better!
The company I work for has used MRC for over 5 years. They’ve been very reliable and respond fast to service calls. They usually have our machines up and running fairly quickly. And the customer service agents I call when ordering supplies or scheduling a service call are always very pleasant. I strongly recommend MRC for your copy machine needs.
I am blown away by the service I have received from MRC. (Remember this is after sale) It’s like a throw-back to old times when service was expected and received but even more efficient due to contact technology. They send qualified and friendly technicians AND then follow up to see if all is OK. I can’t ask any more than that. I’m small potatoes in their business but they never make me feel that way. KUDOS
The technicians who service our digital presses and copiers are the best! They do their best to get to us right away – same day or next day! They come with a positive attitude and have great troubleshooting skills. I can call for service or use their website. They keep me posted as to the progress of my service call by text if I so choose. I highly recommend MRC!

I just wanted to make a positive comment about Gladys. My impression of her is summed up by this: If she is standing next to a fork lift and there is a heavy package to be lifted and moved to a location and the forklift operator is nowhere nearby….she will climb up inside and try to operate the lift herself to move the all-important package. If there is no forklift to begin with, she will try to lift the heavy package herself. If she cannot lift it, she will roll it as far as she can to get it to where it needs to be. That is commitment! To describe her as far as personality, the word “Graceful” immediately came to mind. Thanks for your hard work Gladys!
