Katie Fleck is the Director of Customer Experience at MRC, managing four of our Major Accounts. In addition, she is responsible for the Call Center and overall customer satisfaction. Katie joined MRC in 2011 as a Sale Representative. Throughout her seven and a half years with the company, she has held numerous positions leading to her success.
Katie graduated from Augsburg College in Minnesota with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Business Administration. After college she took a leap and moved out to San Diego, CA and found her first job as a Sales Representative for Xerox in Orange County. After four years of dedicated sales she chose to continue her professional growth by completing her Project Management Professional Certification. Outside of her career, Katie enjoys everything that involves being outdoors. You can find her at the dog beach with her Corgi-Shepard mix or traveling.
Katie’s nine years in the industry has helped MRC to continuously improve how we service our customers. Overall, her career with MRC has been described as self-made and is greatly proven through her incredible intellect and creative drive.
